We are from Chennai and had an opportunity to use the services of Elite Honda Service at Rajahmundry on 17th January and am taking this opportunity to provide my feedback. While going from Rajahmundry to Vizag on 16th Jan, our Car broke down just about 20KMs from Rjy. There were violent sounds coming from the front portion of the wheel. We had no choice but to return back to Rjy and leave the vehicle for service. From our contacts in APPM we got Ali Syed's number and contacted him. We were told that the Service center was not working on 16th Jan, he promised us that he will take all required steps to rectify the issue on 17th. Although it was initially irritating that we were denied service on the same day, we understood the ground situation that there were no technicians available on that day due to long regional Holidays. We continued to contact Ali multiple times on that day to pursue to help us, he never got irritated but was responding with great amount of patience.

Through this email I would like to appreciate Ali Syed and his team to have successfully identifying the issue and sorting it out to our satisfaction. I could drive back to Chennai on Sunday and could reach office today. This would not have been possible without the efforts of Ali and his Team. There were few initial hurdles faced by Ali's team such as non-availability of Lathe shops to house the Wheel bearing, but the team went all out to gear up to the situation and accomplished the mission.
